Adeola Ajayi

Founder
Adeola Ajayi hails from Sango Ota, Nigeria, arriving in the United States on a high school basketball scholarship in 2009. Excelling at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School in Atlanta, GA, he led the team to a 2011 state championship victory. Despite childhood injuries requiring surgeries, dashing his college basketball prospects, Adeola was resolute about obtaining a degree. Joining a student work program at the College of the Ozarks, he rehabilitated, returning to basketball after his injuries. Graduating with a degree in Public Relations and a Graphic Arts minor, Adeola cherishes his journey and newfound U.S. citizenship in January 2023. He aims to leverage basketball's influence to empower African children, nurturing their potential for global impact.

Curtis Berry

Director of Basketball Operations
Curtis Berry, a University of Missouri alumnus, earned a Bachelor's in Educational Studies and a Master's in Education Leadership. As a freshman in 1978, Berry notched an average of 6.8 points per game, followed by leading the team in rebounding during his sophomore year. Renowned for his robust presence on the court, he maintained an average of 11.9 points across 112 games at the University of Missouri. His outstanding performance drew the attention of the Kansas City Kings, who selected him as their third-round pick in the 1991 NBA draft. Berry embarked on a 17-year professional basketball career in the European international leagues. Transitioning from basketball, he ventured into managing BW Properties, LLC. Presently residing in Atlanta, GA, Berry is dedicated to altruism and community service.

Olumide Onafuye

Operations Manager
Olumide Onafye graduated from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor Degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Currently, Olumide is a computer system analyst at Decorum Pharmacy Limited in Sango Ota, Nigeria. He has been an assistant basketball coach at the Warlord Basketball Academy for over 10 years. During this time, Olumide has had a positive influence on the thousands of children he has mentored and educated. Olumide has mentored and trained both boys and girls at the high school and middle school levels. In his free time, he loves cooking, reading, playing basketball, watching football, and playing chess. His passion and hard work in the local community through coaching, mentoring and support has made a lasting impact on the youth of Africa.

Titilayo Hamzat

Secretary
Titilayo Hamzat is a member of JCI Nigeria, and a graduate of Adekunle Ajasin University. She has served as a Director of Welfare in 2015, Executive Secretary 2016, Treasurer 2017 respectively. She has learned,networked and developed herself. Titilayo has served with various NGOs in different offices like, Member of the Go-Green committee in 2020, Director of Meetings 2021, Assistant Director of Meetings 2021, Director of welfare 2021. She was honored with an Award of The Most Devoted Board Member for her selfless service and supports for the Local organization in the year 2021. It has been an insightful journey, and through all this, her obligation is to devote every effort of her mind and spirit to Serve and give back to community as they say the reward for good work is more work .

Jeminat Muritala

Program Coordinator
Jeminat Muritala, a Nigerian Techpreneur and community activist, contributes significantly to various organizations. She's a member of Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCIN), the Young African Leadership Initiative, and advocates for Sports and Youth Development. Serving as Director of Projects and Community Services, she's a certified trainer at JCIN, striving to build a world where everyone's rights are respected and heard. Her ethos values nurturing individuals, believing it's pivotal for human progress and innovation implementation. Acknowledged as an honoree of the Ten Most Outstanding Persons in Nigeria award for Humanitarian and Voluntary Service, she's garnered multiple accolades for her volunteerism and leadership. Currently, she serves as the President of JCI Lagos Coral Nigeria, demonstrating her commitment to positive change.
